Basket Strainers

We offer a range of Lid-ease and Duplex strainers. These are coarse filters for removing larger particles from the liquid. They contain a stainless steel basket with several different perferation sizes:

  • 140 Micron (mesh 100)
  • 190 Micron (mesh 80)
  • 230 Micron (mesh 60)
  • 380 Micron (mesh 40)
  • 860 Micron (mesh 20)
  • 1910 Micron (mesh 10)

There are several useful options available, including:

  • Magnetic strainer baskets
  • Pressure differential guage

Micro Filters

To protect pumps with the smallest of internal clearances, HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH have developed a series of micro filters designed to remove the smallest of particles from the pumped media.

Made from a range of materials including 316L Stainless Steel and Hastelloy.

Large surface areas ensure that the pump does not generate large pressure losses.

Easily cleanable and easy to maintain.

Flow Regulators

In processes where flow or pressure need to be precisely regulated when there are fluctuating pressures, temperatures or motor speeds, a flow regulator can prove invaluable. Back-flow regulators can also divert excess flow back to a tank or secondary process.

We offer a wide range of regulators in various sizes and materials - please phone with your requirements.
